Shipping policy

We carefully pack all live plants to ensure they arrive healthy. Plants are shipped potted or bare root with protective packaging, including heat or cold packs as needed. We use trusted carriers and ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays, with typical transit times of 2–5 business days. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please send a photo to housebnature@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a full replacement.
