Shipping policy

We carefully pack all live plants to ensure they arrive healthy. Plants are shipped potted or bare root with protective packaging, including heat or cold packs as needed. We use trusted carriers and ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays, with typical transit times of 2–5 business days. If your plant arrives damaged, please send a photo within 24–48 hours, and we will replace or refund your purchase.
